What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum initial rental period is Six months.
Longer stays are welcome, subject to availability and agreement between both parties.
Can a company rent the property for its employees?
Yes. We welcome corporate bookings from companies that need accommodation for employees, contractors, consultants or project teams.
The company may coordinate the booking and rental arrangements directly with BK Living through WhatsApp.
What amenities are included?
We provide air-conditioned rooms, TV, Washing Machine, a fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and parking space, but no Wifi.
Is the property fully furnished?
Yes. BK Living provides a furnished living environment for a more convenient extended stay.
Please contact us through WhatsApp to confirm the current furniture, appliances, bedding and other facilities available at the property before booking.
Are utilities included in the monthly rental?
Utility arrangements depend on the agreed rental package.
Please confirm the treatment of electricity, water, internet and other applicable charges with us through WhatsApp before confirming your booking. Any included utilities, usage limits or additional charges should be stated clearly in the rental agreement.
Is a tenancy agreement provided?
the rental arrangement will be documented in a written tenancy or rental agreement where appropriate.
The agreement should clearly state the rental period, monthly rent, payment schedule, deposit, utility responsibilities, termination terms, house rules and any agreed extension arrangements.
Please discuss the applicable agreement with us before committing to the rental.
Can I terminate my rental early?
Early termination depends on the terms agreed in your rental agreement.
Please review the termination notice period, any applicable charges and the procedure for returning the property before signing. Contact us directly if your project schedule or personal circumstances change.
What should I do if something needs repair during my stay?
Please inform BK Living through the agreed communication channel as soon as you notice a maintenance issue.
Where possible, provide photos or videos and explain the problem clearly so that the issue can be assessed and the next steps arranged.
Responsibilities for repairs should follow the rental agreement and applicable law.
